By using the Software, you represent and warrant that: 1) You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use; 2) You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; 3) You will not access the Software through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise; 4) You will not use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; 5) Your use of the Software will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

You may not access or use the Software for any purpose other than that for which we make the Software available.

 

5. User Responsibility for Risk Assessments

You acknowledge and agree that while our AI Software provides tools and templates for creating standard risk assessment documents, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that any risk assessment document generated through the Software is accurate, complete, and fit for its intended purpose. You are responsible for: 1) Providing accurate and complete information when using the Software; 2) Reviewing and verifying the content of any generated risk assessment document; 3) Ensuring the risk assessment is suitable and sufficient for your specific needs and complies with all applicable laws and regulations; 4) Periodically reviewing and updating your risk assessments as necessary; 5) Communicating the risk assessment findings to all relevant parties in your organization; 6) Implementing and maintaining appropriate risk control measures based on the assessment. The Company does not guarantee that risk assessment documents generated through the Software will be compliant with all applicable laws or suitable for your specific circumstances. This AI Risk Assessment generation software is not designed for large or complex projects. You are advised to consult with appropriate professionals or experts to ensure your risk assessments meet all necessary legal and industry-specific requirements.

 

6. Software Updates

We may from time to time in our sole discretion develop and provide Software updates, which may include upgrades, bug fixes, patches, other error corrections, and/or new features (collectively, including related documentation, "Updates"). Updates may also modify or delete in their entirety certain features and functionality. You agree that we have no obligation to provide any Updates or to continue to provide or enable any particular features or functionality.

 

7. Third-Party Websites and ContentThe Software may contain (or you may be sent via the Software) links to other websites ("Third-Party Websites") as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, software, and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties ("Third-Party Content"). We are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites accessed through the Software or any Third-Party Content posted on, available through, or installed from the Software.

 

8. Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE AND YOUR USE THEREOF.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

 

10. Governing LawThese Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United Kingdom. Anyrisks Ltd and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of these Terms of Use at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes.
